Alicia Harmon has been named a reverse mortgage professional with Generation Mortgage Co. in Hopkins County. A reverse mortgage is a loan offered to borrowers 62 or older that allows them to convert part of their home equity into cash without having to sell their home, give up title or make monthly mortgage payments. There are no credit, income or health qualifications and eligibility is based upon borrower age and home value.
