The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department released the following report:

Dustin W. Walker, of Madisonville, was charged, January 17, 2023, for failure to appear in court.

Johnnie L. Dearing, of Dawson Springs, was charged, January 17, 2023, for failure to appear in court.

Lee Roy Engel-Deppe, of Hopkinsville, was charged, January 17, 2023, for tampering with a witness and violation of Kentucky EVO/DVO.
