Central’s Dugger signs with Brescia soccers

Hopkins County Central High School’s Chloe Dugger signs her letter of intent to play soccer for Brescia University on Thursday with her parents, Jennifer and James Dugger Jr., alongside. Dugger was the leader of the defensive line her senior season and played all four years of high school. She was part of the most successful senior class in Central history.
