The Panthers scored 45 second-half points but couldn't complete the comeback against Fulton City in Monday's 78-74 consolation game of the Itty Bitty Trees and Trends Classic in Benton.

Dylan Simpson led with 25 points, including 17 in the second half. Justin Putnam scored 20 points, and Tanner Adams added 12 points for the Panthers, who are off until Jan. 2 when they travel to Community Christian in Paducah.
