The host Panthers hung with Union County for the first half and trailed by just nine points at halftime, but the Braves pulled away late, keeping many of their starters in the game in the final minutes and outscoring the Panthers 28-14 in the fourth quarter for a 92-57 victory.

Dylan Simpson led Dawson Springs (1-3) with a season-high 20 points, and Justin Putman added 19 points, also a season high.
