After losing game one via a walk off, the Miners took game two of their double header against Henderson on Tuesday 6-2.

The game was tied up 2-2 going into the sixth inning and the Miners put up four runs in the top of the inning. Alex Rodriguez drove a two-RBI single with the bases loaded to give Madisonville the lead 4-2.

Two more insurance runs were added by an RBI single by Ben Teel and a sacrifice fly by Michael Sookdeo.

Ryan Pierce picked up his second win of the season starting on the mound for the Miners giving up two runs on four hits and struck out six batters in five innings of work.

Ryan White came in relief and pitched two innings only giving up one hit and struck out two.
