Webster 14, Trigg 6: The Lady Trojans used the long ball to earn their fifth win of the season on Monday night. Webster (5-2) had grand-slam home runs from Kayla Yates and Hattie Hartman in the win. Hadlee Carter also recorded a 3-run homer in the fourth inning for the Lady Trojans. Grace Scott and Karlie Keeney were on the mound for Webster County.

Ohio County 4, Hopkins County Central 3: Brenna Sherman and Paxton Gray hit home runs for Central in the loss. Ohio County scored all four of their runs in the final two innings to pull out the win. "Josie Menser pitched a solid game for us and had a perfect game going for a long time," Central coach Ed Ward said.

Marshall 3, Webster County 0: Webster County traveled to Marshall County due to its field still being soaked from heavy rain in the past week.


University Heights 7, Central 1: University Heights Academy scored six times in the first two innings of work at home Monday night. Will Cothran knocked in the only run for Central in the sixth inning and finish with two of Central's four hits. Jacob Morphew pitched four innings for Central (0-2).

Union County 12, Webster 2: Webster County fell 12-2 at home Tuesday.


Webster (boys) 3, North 2: Vincent Major and Seth Ranes earned singles wins for Webster County in the match at Madisonville North Hopkins High School on Tuesday. Nathan Crick claimed an 8-6 win for North at No. 2 singles. In doubles. Ranes and Tyler Kuykendall won 8-3 at No. 1 doubles for Webster. Eli Dunn and Adam Tagg won 8-4 at No. 2 doubles for North. "I am terribly competitive and hate to lose, but I would rather lose the match than humiliate the Webster boys by playing my varsity guys against them," North coach Bryan Fazenbaker said.

Henderson (boys) 5, Central 4: Jarred Crone and Romie Faizal won singles' matches for Central. Crone and Cobie Pyle won 8-4 for Central at No. 1 doubles and Issac Dowdy and Carson Dossett won 9-8 at No. 3 doubles.

Henderson (girls) 8, Central 1: Natalie Richey won the only match for Central, 6-4 at No. 5 singles.
